Welcome to Swallows Class
We are a mixed Reception and Year 1 class. The class teachers are Mrs Glazier and Mrs Carson and our teaching assistant is Mrs Petrou . We enjoy learning and exploring both our inside and outside environment. We take full advantage of our beautiful surroundings and engage in outside learning whatever the weather. We follow the EYFS curriculum for the Reception aged children and the national curriculum for the Year 1 children.
Welcome to Term 1 2023/2024. The children have all settled in beautifully to school life and are enjoying learning about our new topic 'All About Me'. We have set up a school role-play area so children can explore playing at school independently. We have picked our school apples ready to make into delicious apple crumble!
Fun and learning in the classroom
Welcome to term 1! This term the children have decided that they would like to learn about superheroes! We are going to begin by learning all about how super we are and then explore how different people around us are super too.
We are so happy to be welcoming our new reception children and the year 1 children are being amazing role models.
