Visit from Retrotec - WW1 artefacts 'in the flesh'!
To add to our WW1 learning this autumn we had a visit from Retrotec, a local business, who collect, make and display historic war artefacts and specialise in the engines of historic aeroplanes from here and abroad. It really helped to enhance the children's learning about this part of our topic. Adults and children alike had a great morning, handling weapons and other items. Thank you to Mrs Black and her team for such an informative and enjoyable time.
